What we actually do
We are not a lender. We are a broker, which means we do not fund loans from our own balance sheet. Instead, we take your deal, match it to the lenders whose credit box, pricing, and execution actually fit, and negotiate the best terms available in the market. Our lender network includes banks (national, regional, and community), SBA Preferred Lenders, agency multifamily lenders (Fannie, Freddie, HUD), life insurance companies, CMBS conduits, debt funds, and specialty capital platforms.
On any given commercial real estate file, there are usually 5–15 lenders who could quote it. Our job is to narrow that down to the 2–3 who will quote it best, then run parallel term sheets to extract the best rate, leverage, prepayment flexibility, and recourse terms.

DFW is the fourth-largest commercial real estate market in the United States and one of the deepest lender ecosystems in the country. Every capital source that writes commercial real estate debt in America has some form of presence here.
